The St Mary’s 5k Run is organised by the Friends of St Mary’s School. We’re a registered charity, raising funds to support the school.

We’re committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of runners, and visitors to our website. We don’t sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies or businesses. All personal data is kept secure in password protected documents

Race results

We display historic results online including name, running category (child, youth, adult male, adult female), running club (if stated) and your finishing time. If you’d like your entry to be anonymised then please get in touch and we can update the results pages.

Use of images

When you register for the run, you’ll have signed the electronic waiver form which includes giving permission for us to use photos or videos from the event for marketing. If you’d rather not have your image used, please get in touch.

Links to other websites

Our website contains links to information on other websites. On sites we don’t control, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide while visiting those sites. Those sites aren’t governed by this Privacy Policy, and if you have questions about how a site uses your information, you’ll need to check that site’s privacy statement.

Online registration

We use WebScorer to manage our online registrations, and for race timing on the day. WebScorer collects your registration data and holds it securely in our account.
